Commercial, start to finish

Water, fire, mold and storm damage in offices, stores, restaurants, medical offices and association buildings. We work after hours when it keeps you open, and document every step for your carrier.

We take the job from the first call to the finished room: our own crews for demolition, debris and dumpsters, repairs through final finish, and licensed trades on permitted work. One project manager the whole way.

02

Before we arrive

Do this now

  • Shut off the water source or the affected system.
  • Move inventory, files and equipment off wet floors.
  • Photograph the damage before cleanup.
  • Call your carrier to open a claim.

Avoid

  • Do not run HVAC over smoke or mold damage.
  • Do not let staff clean up sewage or soot.
  • Do not reopen affected areas before they are cleared.
  • Do not wait for business hours to call.

Questions, answered

Can you work after hours at a North Broward business?

Yes. We schedule extraction and drying around your hours, including nights and weekends, so you lose as little business as possible.

Can part of my business stay open?

Often, yes. We section off the affected area with containment so the rest of the space can keep running safely.

Do you work with property managers?

Yes. One vendor across your buildings, with reports for owners, boards and carriers. Ask about a free Emergency Ready Profile for each property.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability and issue certificates naming the property owner or association.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our restoration lead holds Florida Mold Remediator License MRSR2859, Lead Renovator Certification 183166 and Florida DOH biohazard registration 13-64-1716182, with certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability and issue certificates to HOAs, condo associations and property managers on request.

Do I have to sign over my insurance benefits?

No. Florida banned assignment of benefits on residential property policies issued on or after January 1, 2023, and we do not ask for one. You contract with us directly, stay in control of your claim, and we give your adjuster the documentation.
