Questions, answered
Can you handle fine art and wine collections in Gulf Stream?
Yes. We inventory and move standard contents with our own crew and bring in fine art handlers, conservators and wine storage for collections that need them.
How do I know nothing gets lost?
Every item is photographed and every box is labeled by room. You get a copy of the inventory.
Where are my belongings stored?
In secure storage for the length of the job, with climate controlled options for art, wine, wood furniture and documents.
Is packout covered by insurance?
Often, as part of a covered loss. The inventory we build is the documentation your adjuster needs.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our restoration lead holds Florida Mold Remediator License MRSR2859, Lead Renovator Certification 183166 and Florida DOH biohazard registration 13-64-1716182, with certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation. Do I have to sign over my insurance benefits?
No. Florida banned assignment of benefits on residential property policies issued on or after January 1, 2023, and we do not ask for one. You contract with us directly, stay in control of your claim, and we give your adjuster the documentation.
