- Put clean towels on high traffic carpet and rugs.

Questions, answered
Can you board up and tarp a Lake Worth Beach home the same day?
Yes. Securing the property comes first, before any cleaning. Board up, roof tarp and temporary fencing as needed.
Can smoke odor really be removed?
Yes, when the source is removed and surfaces are cleaned properly before deodorization. Masking sprays and quick ozone treatments without cleaning do not last. We clean first, then treat.
Do I need professional cleanup after a small fire?
Usually. Smoke travels through the HVAC system and into closets, attics and contents far from the fire. Residue keeps damaging finishes and keeps smelling if it is not cleaned properly.
Do you handle demolition and the rebuild?
Yes. Demolition, debris removal and dumpsters are our core business, and we manage the repairs through final paint, bringing in licensed trades for structural and permitted work. One point of contact from board up to finish.
Will you work with my insurance company?
We document the loss with photos, scope and line item estimates for your adjuster. You stay in control of the claim.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our restoration lead holds Florida Mold Remediator License MRSR2859, Lead Renovator Certification 183166 and Florida DOH biohazard registration 13-64-1716182, with certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability and issue certificates to HOAs, condo associations and property managers on request.
Do I have to sign over my insurance benefits?
No. Florida banned assignment of benefits on residential property policies issued on or after January 1, 2023, and we do not ask for one. You contract with us directly, stay in control of your claim, and we give your adjuster the documentation.
