We take the job from the first call to the finished room: our own crews for demolition, debris and dumpsters, repairs through final finish, and licensed trades on permitted work. One project manager the whole way.

Do you work at private docks in Palm Beach?
Yes, at private docks and marinas, coordinated with your captain or yacht management company.
Can you remove mold from a yacht interior?
Yes. Our team holds Applied Microbial Remediation certification. Marine interiors need careful containment and materials that tolerate a marine environment.
Will you work with my marine insurer?
We provide photo documentation and a scope for the owner and the marine insurance adjuster.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our restoration lead holds Florida Mold Remediator License MRSR2859, Lead Renovator Certification 183166 and Florida DOH biohazard registration 13-64-1716182, with certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability and issue certificates to HOAs, condo associations and property managers on request.
Do I have to sign over my insurance benefits?
No. Florida banned assignment of benefits on residential property policies issued on or after January 1, 2023, and we do not ask for one. You contract with us directly, stay in control of your claim, and we give your adjuster the documentation.
