After water, fire, mold or storm damage, the rebuild is the biggest part of the job. We manage the rebuild to pre-loss quality: finish work by our crews, licensed trades for structural and permitted work, and scheduling and documentation handled.
We take the job from the first call to the finished room: our own crews for demolition, debris and dumpsters, repairs through final finish, and licensed trades on permitted work. One project manager the whole way.
Before we arrive
Do this now
- Keep every photo and receipt from the loss.
- Ask your adjuster for a copy of their estimate.
- Choose finishes early so long lead items can be ordered.
- Keep one point of contact for the rebuild.
Avoid
- Do not sign an assignment of benefits.
- Do not let a mitigation company leave without a written dry standard.
- Do not accept a lower grade finish than what you had.
- Do not start demo on pre-1978 homes without lead safe practices.

Questions, answered
Why use one company for mitigation and rebuild?
Because handoffs cost time and create gaps. The crew that dried the house knows what was removed and why. One contractor, one schedule, one point of contact.
Who handles permitted work in North Broward?
Structural, electrical, plumbing and other permitted work is performed by licensed trades under permits from the local building department. We manage the schedule and finish work so you still have one point of contact.
Can you match imported stone and custom millwork?
We source matching material on day one, because lead times are the biggest risk to a luxury rebuild schedule. When an exact match is not available we document options for you and your adjuster.
What if more damage is found during demolition?
That is common. We photograph and document hidden damage and send a supplement to your adjuster before continuing.
Do you handle older homes with lead paint?
Yes. Our team includes a certified lead renovator, and we follow lead safe work practices on pre-1978 homes.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our restoration lead holds Florida Mold Remediator License MRSR2859, Lead Renovator Certification 183166 and Florida DOH biohazard registration 13-64-1716182, with certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation. We carry $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability and issue certificates to HOAs, condo associations and property managers on request.
Do I have to sign over my insurance benefits?
No. Florida banned assignment of benefits on residential property policies issued on or after January 1, 2023, and we do not ask for one. You contract with us directly, stay in control of your claim, and we give your adjuster the documentation.
