Every luxury paver installation is a multi day precision job. Excavation to depth, geofabric where soil conditions demand it, compacted limerock road base laid in 2 inch lifts, screeded bedding sand, pavers laid to the pattern you selected, cut with a wet saw for perfect miters, and polymeric jointing sand swept in and activated. That is why our paver installations look showroom perfect on day one and are still tight and level a decade later.

We install pavers from Belgard, Techo Bloc, Cambridge, Peacock Pavers, Oldcastle, and natural stone including travertine, marble, and coral. As a manufacturer certified installer, our workmanship carries the manufacturer warranty in addition to our own. Engineered Base System
6 to 8 inch compacted limerock road base plus 1 inch of bedding sand. Not 2 inches of gravel. Not sand on dirt. The base is 80 percent of what determines whether your pavers last 5 years or 30 years.

Polymeric Jointing Sand
Real polymeric sand, swept into every joint, plate compacted, activated with mist. Locks pavers together. Resists weed growth. Resists ants. Stays flexible.

Manufacturer Certified Installation
Belgard, Techo Bloc, and Cambridge certified installer. This means the manufacturer warranty applies to the installation, not just the paver.

Precision Wet Saw Cutting
Every edge, every angle, every miter cut on a wet saw with a diamond blade. No chipped edges. No jagged cuts. No cracked pavers around the pool coping.

Proper Slope for Drainage
Every paver install pitches away from the house at 1 to 2 percent minimum. Water flows off the surface, off the base, and into your landscape drains. Never toward the foundation.

For customers who want extra protection, we apply water based or solvent based paver sealer. Enhances color, blocks stains from pool chemicals and BBQ grease, adds UV protection.

EXCAVATION AND BASE PREPARATION
Excavate to depth, install geofabric where soil demands it, spread limerock base in 2 inch lifts, compact each lift with a plate compactor. Density verified.

PAVER LAYOUT AND CUTTING
Bedding sand screeded to grade. Pavers laid to the selected pattern from a central control line. Edge cuts made on a wet saw. Precise miters around pool coping and returns.

JOINT SAND, COMPACTION, AND FINISH
Polymeric jointing sand swept in. Plate compacted with a rubber mat protector. Activated with a fine mist. Sealer applied on request. Site left broom clean.

A 1,000 square foot luxury paver driveway is priced after a free estimate. Travertine and natural stone cost more, priced after a free estimate. What paver brands do you install?

A properly installed paver system with a real compacted base, polymeric jointing sand, and manufacturer spec pavers lasts 30 plus years in Miami. That is why the base is 80 percent of the job. Individual pavers can be lifted and replaced if a specific area needs work without redoing the whole surface.
Do pavers stay cool around a Miami pool?
Yes if you spec the right material. Travertine and light colored porcelain pavers stay significantly cooler than dark concrete pavers or stamped concrete. We bring installed samples to your consultation so you can feel the difference in the Miami sun before you commit.
Can you match my existing driveway pavers?
Usually yes. We work directly with manufacturers to source discontinued or hard to find colors. For matching aged material we can custom blend batches from multiple lots to approximate the weathered look. Bring us a sample paver or an address.
How long does a paver installation take?
A residential paver driveway is typically 5 to 10 working days depending on size, pattern complexity, and access. A pool deck is 3 to 7 days. A courtyard or patio is 3 to 8 days. Weather friendly but we do not lay pavers during heavy rain because it compromises the base.
Do you install pavers around pools?
Yes, pool deck paver installations are a significant portion of our business. Slip resistant material selection, precise cutting around coping, proper slope for drainage away from the pool, and waterproofing considerations if the deck sits over a habitable space below.
Do I need to seal my pavers?
Not required but recommended for pool deck pavers, driveways that see automotive fluids, and any paver installation where you want enhanced color and stain resistance. Water based sealers last 2 to 3 years. Solvent based sealers last 3 to 5 years. Reapplication is straightforward.
What patterns can you install?
Herringbone (45 or 90 degree), running bond, basket weave, ashlar, stacked bond, French pattern for travertine, and full custom patterns with borders, medallions, and inlays. Herringbone is standard for driveways because it locks under vehicle loads.
Do you do the base work or contract that out?
We do everything in house. Excavation, geofabric, base install and compaction, bedding sand, paver laying, cutting, jointing, and finish. Single crew, single project manager, single accountability. Nothing gets lost between subs.
Can pavers be installed over existing concrete?
Sometimes. If the existing concrete slab is level, structurally sound, drains properly, and has enough thickness we can overlay with thin pavers. In most cases though, we recommend excavating the old concrete and installing a proper paver system on a new base. Longer life, better result.
